Search entries
A name, place, or other term entered into a site search tool is sent to the independent provider operating that tool. Cherokee County Busted Mugshots does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy notice governs its handling of a submitted query.
Messages
If you send a message through a contact channel, we may retain the name, return details, and message contents needed to respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization except when disclosure is required by law.
